Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and the top ERP CRM solutions, driven by our practices across many different industries.We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product reputed companyfrom LATAM to join reputed company for a 6-month project.Responsibilities:
- Analyze Higher Education business requirements, process and applications.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, and use cases.
- reputed company grooming of items from the backlog using Azure DevOps.
- Align solutions with educational technologies and best practices.
- reputed company the design of business models, use cases, and process flows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution including internal and external teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
- reputed company guidance on leveraging technology for business objectives.
- Implement best practices for business analysis and project management.
- Work and collaborate closely with the Dev QA teams for requirements.
What do you need:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product reputed company working for multiple global projects.5+ years of experience working with Scrum projects.5+ years of experience working with Azure and for SaaS solutions.5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps.3+ years of experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (Git).3+ years of experience working with Dev to resolve defects and bugs.Must have a proven reputed company or reputed company English and ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday (Eastern US Time Zone).Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Student Information Systems such as: Anthology Student, Banner, reputed company Student, reputed company Elements.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as: reputed company, reputed company, Canvas, Moodle.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems such: Anthology reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Elements451.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
