Business Analyst - Insurance Domain (ZR_24070_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with Insurance experience to join reputed company based in the Philippines.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (reputed company, NY)Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze reputed company business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create functional specifications and user stories
- Support UAT and system testing activities
- Facilitate meetings between business and technical teams
- Assist with project documentation and requirement tracking
- Learn insurance domain processes (policies, claims, reputed company)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance or reputed company field
- 1-2 years experience in business analysis or reputed company role
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn insurance domain knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Any exposure to insurance or financial services
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of SDLC processes
