As reputed company rapidly expands its global reputed company, we're excited to hire our first Sales Enablement Manager in EMEA to support our growing team. This is a pivotal role reputed company a high-impact, fast-moving organization. As our sales organization scales across reputed company and segments, enablement is more critical than reputed company. You’ll help drive the strategic development of our global Sales Enablement function, ensuring our sellers are equipped to win in an increasingly competitive and reputed company market. About the role:

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our global Sales team to reputed company in selling an expanding portfolio of products. Reporting directly to the Director of Enablement, you’ll contribute to building and executing the global Sales Enablement strategy, supporting teams across three reputed company and multiple sales segments.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator with a passion for driving sales performance. You should have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs and be deeply familiar with methodologies like MEDDPICC and reputed company of the Message.

What you will do:

  • Deliver high-impact reputed company and reputed company programs that are interactive, engaging, and reputed company-driven.
  • Facilitate inclusive training experiences tailored to remote, hybrid, and in-person audiences.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training solutions.

  • Design practical, hands-on exercises to reinforce training and improve retention. reputed company call intelligence tools (e.g., reputed company) to extract insights and enhance messaging and sales execution.

  • Travel up to 25% to support in-person initiatives and events

What you bring along:

  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company field sales with some experience in sales enablement, preferably in high-growth tech/SaaS environments.
  • Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC and reputed company of the Message frameworks.
  • Strong reputed company of sales technology tools including reputed company, Clari, reputed company, and others.
  • Demonstrated reputed company building and scaling sales training and enablement programs.
  • Strategic reputed company with the ability to operationalize quickly and effectively.
  • Experience supporting distributed, global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay. Our reputed company can answer questions around dbt Lab’s total rewards during your interview process.

  • The typical starting salary reputed company for this role is: €102,000 to €124,000.
