About the Role

As a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health reputed company through reputed company nutrition. You will reputed company and reputed company a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) whose goal is to scale reputed company by partnering with reputed company providers. This role will report to reputed company’s Head of Provider Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company, mentor, and reputed company your team of PPMs to reputed company & exceed targets
  • Hire, train, and reputed company new team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 meetings with team members
  • Conduct “ride-alongs” with PPMs (both virtual and in-person)
  • Review PPM meeting recordings to reputed company feedback and surface best practices
  • Implement performance management processes
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that aligns with reputed company’s values
