What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Review, negotiate and draft reputed company across a variety of business functions, including client agreements, service and supplier agreements, non-disclosure, consulting, and subcontracting agreements

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar

It’d be great if you also have:
