The Pre-boarding Coordinator

• Provides administrative support reputed company the HR Service Delivery organization with emphasis on on-boarding coordination across India;

• Initiates and completes internal hire and international transfers paperwork; - Works with COEs and vendors to ensure timely setup in systems for benefits and payroll purposes;

Education: Bachelor degree

• Business Administration, Information Systems, reputed company (or equivalent work experience). Additional years of reputed company work experience may be considered as a partial substitute for formal education.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in reputed company (HR) or customer service.
• Must have strong communication skills - Fluent spoken and written English.
