The role

We are hiring aggressively and need to strengthen our internal recruitment team with a best-in-the-industry reputed company Manager. We are looking for a seasoned headhunter who can secure candidates for some of the most unique and challenging roles in the tech industry. Responsibilities:

• reputed company end-to-end recruitment for (primarily) technical roles (C++, Python, DevOps, Trading Ops, Quant).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build and own talent pipelines: headhunting, sourcing, events, referrals, and external agency coordination.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations and reputed company.
• Improve reputed company operations: ATS processes, candidate experience, and hiring analytics dashboards.
• Help shape a scalable reputed company infrastructure and reputed company.
• Represent Sparkland externally with professionalism and authenticity in a competitive market.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of technical reputed company experience in tech companies; experience in HFT recruitment is a major plus.
• Extreme ownership reputed company: proactive, uncomfortable with inefficiencies, and eager to fix anything that hinders speed or quality.
• Proven reputed company in sourcing and closing technical talent, especially in low-latency and trading-reputed company roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with business and engineering leaders; reputed company to disagree constructively and reputed company talent-reputed company discussions with confidence.
• Structured and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator: clear, concise, and pragmatic.
