What is this position about?

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Senior Scrum Master with a strong Agile reputed company and background in IT project environments. This role involves guiding distributed teams, collaborating closely with US stakeholders, and ensuring efficient delivery using Agile best practices.

• reputed company and facilitate reputed company core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Foster adherence to Agile principles and support reputed company improvement.
• Serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint goal alignment.
• Monitor sprint reputed company, manage velocity, and anticipate risks to timelines or scope.
• Identify and remove impediments to team reputed company.
• Use JIRA to track and report project metrics.
• Identify and remove team blockers promptly.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• IT project experience in AI, ML, or Data Engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with US-based teams.
• PMP, CSM or other project management certifications are reputed company to have.
• Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
