About the Role

Your mission is to drive high-speed, high-quality delivery across our Engineering organisation by bridging the gap between Product and Engineering. You will establish and scale robust delivery systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and remove bottlenecks that slow down execution. As the Delivery Manager for the Engineering team, you’ll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to accelerate delivery across the product lifecycle. You’ll be a hands-on operator who blends DevOps awareness with exceptional project management, team coordination, and strategic foresight.

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in delivery management, technical program management, or engineering operations - preferably in a fast-paced product-led tech company.

• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps concepts and tooling (e.g. CI/CD, reputed company environments, observability platforms), with ability to recommend best practices.

• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery skills, and experience running projects across multiple squads.

• Proven track record of delivering reputed company initiatives with high visibility and tight deadlines.
