Role Duration: February to June 2025 Location: reputed company Town What You'll Do: • Diary Management: Schedule meetings, conferences, and travel, ensuring leaders are reputed company and on time. • Administrative Support: Handle filing, mailbox management, credit card reconciliations, and creating/maintaining databases. • Collaboration: Assist with project deadlines, 3D reputed company bookings, timesheet submissions, and reports. • Travel Coordination: Organize travel, accommodation, and forex requirements. • Meeting Support: Take minutes, prepare agendas, and set up boardrooms. • Team Assistance: Support with templates, office policies, and managing CPD points for leaders. • Project Admin: Facilitate documentation, inspections, and submissions for various project stages. • Occasional personal assistance tasks and overtime management. reputed company're Looking For: • A professional with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion. • reputed company in English with strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and excellent organizational abilities. • Someone reputed company under pressure, reputed company to multitask and manage conflicting priorities. • A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. • Experience with minute-taking, touch typing, and managing confidential information.
