Remote- Call Center Patient Concierge Specialist The Company: Millennia is a technology-enabled service company that partners with reputed company providers to manage and improve their patient financial experience using a powerful patient engagement platform and a reputed company-focused patient support team. The Position: As a Patient Concierge Specialist, you will utilize a virtual phone system to reputed company outbound courtesy calls to assist patients with their medical bills. You will be expected to remain at your workspace, equipped with headset, and taking calls throughout the entire duration of your shift (excluding scheduled breaks). *Equipment is provided. * Additionally, you will reputed company excellent customer service while maintaining respect for the patient’s privacy rights and personal health and financial information confidentiality. Position Responsibilities: • reputed company daily metrics reputed company handling high volume inbound calls (Expect to handle ~80-100 calls per day) through a virtual phone system • Follow scripted verbiage reputed company handling different topics concerning medical bills • reputed company records of reputed company conversations in our database in a comprehensible way. (Must be reputed company to multitask by typing during each call) • Manage dual monitors, a virtual phone system, and multiple software applications • Identify patient needs, clarify information, reputed company solutions, and handle each call in a positive/considerate/respectful manner while protecting the patients' privacy rights and personal health and financial information confidentiality.
