This role is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate patient and administrative data in our electronic systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with reputed company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update patient, scheduling, and administrative data
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Organize digital records and ensure data accuracy
- Communicate with internal teams to verify or correct information
- Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks in a remote environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
- Ability to type reputed company and accurately
- Reliable internet reputed company and personal computer
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
