Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will act as a vital communication link between our customers and the company, providing reputed company-time support and assistance through live chat. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues... and guiding customers through their purchasing experience. Responsibilities  Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries and reputed company information.  Resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.  Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and response efficiency.  reputed company product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.  Monitor chat metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.  Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to reputed company accurate support.
