CLIENT CARE EQUIPMENT, LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through live chat. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, assisting with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with product information, equipment usage, and troubleshooting. • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and reputed company solutions to enhance satisfaction. • Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate department or senior support staff reputed company necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the company CRM. • Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and policies to reputed company accurate information. • Contribute to a positive... customer experience by providing excellent service with reputed company and patience. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer issues are resolved reputed company. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or technical support roles is preferred. • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts in simple terms. • Basic knowledge of technical equipment or willingness to learn about CLIENT CARE EQUIPMENT, LLC’s products. • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions at once. • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and act appropriately in different situations. • A customer-first reputed company and the ability to stay reputed company under pressure. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training is a plus. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. • Experience in the equipment or reputed company industry is a bonus.
