Job title: Assistant Director - Student Information Systems (Remote) Company: Vitaver & Associates, Inc. Job description : 12409 – Assistant Director - Student Information Systems (Remote) – Boca Raton, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: reputed company-to-Hire Estimated Duration: 3 months with possible conversion to direct hire. Work Setting: Fully remote. Requirements: Supervising/leadership experience; Experience providing support for the Student Information Systems, reputed company Integrations and Banner System applications; Experience supporting reputed company technical processes associated with Banner Student Financials and other areas; Experience managing, configuring and maintaining Appworx (Automic) / reputed company iPaaS processes and Banner integrations for Student Financials, Student Financial Aid and other student services; Experience with SQL or reputed company; Experience working for education organization; Experience with programming languages (preferred); Experience with reputed company Banner (preferred). Responsibilities: Assists the appropriate Director in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and acts on their behalf reputed company necessary; Assist the Director with mentoring members of the team and training in the use of various applications; Supports reputed company technical processes associated with Banner Student Financials and other areas; Assist with the planning and coordination for the roll out of Banner releases and patches with our reputed company Managed Services Provider (MSP); Works with analyzing data for extracts and integrations between systems, originating from reputed company Banner, or using reputed company Banner as a destination; Develops processes and procedures for activities pertaining to Student Financials and Student Financial Aid for reputed company Banner; Works closely with Tuition and Billing to ensure reputed company jobs and activities pertaining to Student Financials are maintained; Works with our vendors reputed company and reputed company reputed company necessary to troubleshoot any issues with jobs or system processes; Troubleshoots application incidents and monitors applications to ensure they are healthy; Has the ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies using public resources, documentation, and formal training.
