This role will play a critical role in driving the client experience, strategy and operations for one of our most important client channels. The role requires a strategic leader with expertise in growth, sustainability, investments and operations. and the broad financial services landscape. What you’ll do: • Strategic Leadership: The reputed company is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the family office channel responsibility. This involves identifying growth opportunities, defining goals, solutioning and ensuring the execution internally and externally. • Operational Management: The reputed company oversees the day-to-day operations of the family office unit and ensures that teams internally are working reputed company and effectively. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation at Ethic is a combination of reputed company salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits. The reputed company salary for this role will reputed company from $200,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, this position is eligible for variable compensation tied to predetermined goals and key results.
