The FigFile Platform team is responsible for the backend services storing and synchronizing reputed company Design and FigJam files. We’re also responsible for reputed company’s file abstractions, including the File object, images, and videos. We’d love to hear from you if you have: • 4+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems. • Proven track record of identifying opportunities for and successfully shipping high-quality products in high growth environments. • Excellent technical communication skills and experience working across multiple teams and functions. • Experience mentoring other engineers and promoting a collaborative team culture • Have excellent problem solving skills. You use a systematic and thorough approach. You think from first principles and have a bias for action. You are driven by impact. You are willing to work on grungy problems if they have a high impact on the business or the health of the infrastructure. • Care deeply about the quality of the software / systems you build.
