Experience or understanding of drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery is essential, as is a robust comprehension of civil court procedures and deadlines. Job Responsibilities • Advise clients on compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations (GDPR, CCPA, State AG Guidance, FIPPs, etc.). • Draft terms of service, reputed company, and policies reputed company to clients’ data privacy and reputed company. • Handle government investigations and relevant litigation. • Manage compliance gap analysis. • Conduct due diligence for client transactions. • Stay up-to-date on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity laws and regulations.
