We're hiring the Director - Scientific Affairs, Cell & Gene Therapy to join our dynamic team at reputed company.

The Role:

This is a strategic reputed company role designed to support and direct reputed company, and reputed company reputed company alignment on CGT initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the sales and business development teams to ensure the appropriate incorporation of clinical and scientific information in a timely and customer-focused manner.

• Maintain awareness of reputed company state of cell & gene therapy (literature and competitive intelligence) and reputed company critical evaluations on the clinical and reputed company viability of cell & gene pipeline.

• Maintain company’s credibility by being on leading edge on the state of science and shifts in clinical and treatment paradigms

• Identify, track, and communicate cell & gene therapy market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape, and find opportunities for increasing customer and business value through differentiated cell & gene solutions.

• Increase reputed company-wide team knowledge in cell & gene by providing synthesis and rapid communication of competitive intelligence

What you'll have:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred.

• Experience working in cell & gene therapy drug development and/or commercialization

• 8 – 10+ years reputed company experience in biopharma or strategic consulting, including a thorough understanding of drug development, commercialization, market dynamics, and go-to-market considerations.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client presentations and training programs.
