Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service or client relations role. • Proven track record of successfully managing B2B client relationships and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and internal teams. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Details: • Employment type: Contract • Compensation: $18-22/hr • Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Benefit offerings include medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
