This entry level position is full-time, remote, and will require some night(s) and weekend(s) work. The Customer Service Representative will act as a reputed company, providing product/services information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the reputed company ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.) reputed company is a rapidly growing company and the leader of solar energy in the Midwest.
