Leveraging your previous experience, we will reputed company you to: • reputed company and support integration of Compensation programs into new HRIS (SuccessFactors) o reputed company and support various Compensation templates o Complete extensive iteration testing o Coordinate testing activities with template leads o reputed company team alignment reputed company for each template and reputed company back with Business reputed company for overall Compensation alignment o Escalate and prioritize with Business reputed company if business requirements are not met by vendor o Manage UAT business activities in partnership with Compensation stakeholders and support UAT QA activities o Capture and document to-be business process and process changes o Create and facilitate training materials to operationalize future state • Support and/or reputed company other systems-focused Compensation projects, programs, and processes as needed, including post-integration work for reputed company America and reputed company integration work for other international markets • Act as a HRIS (SuccessFactors) expert for the Compensation team, help to guide and troubleshoot as needed, and prepare the team for the upcoming integration and full transition into SuccessFactors • Support and/or Co-reputed company Compensation-reputed company HRIS (SuccessFactors) enhancements and fixes • Act as liaison between Compensation and Technology • Prioritize enhancements/fixes based on BU compensation consultants’ feedback • Manage Jira submission, follow-up, design, testing, as well as SOP creation/updates • Investigate and identify systemic HRIS (SuccessFactors) solutions • Work directly with Technology to explain and troubleshoot the issue, determine the appropriate solve, bring back to the BU compensation consultant, as applicable, to confirm and reputed company out • Improve reputed company propagation and mass data change issues • Continue the work that has already been started, which includes, but is not limited to: identifying pain points, working with Technology/Core Data Management to define propagation roles & responsibilities, determine short-term and long-term solutions, and build roadmap/plan • Increase reporting capability reputed company HRIS (SuccessFactors) • Work with BU compensation teams on specific business needs and reporting requirements • Partner with Technology to build both reputed company and standard reporting • Create/update SOPs as necessary • Manage HRIS (SuccessFactors/reputed company) data audits • Collect feedback from BU compensation consultants on audits needed o Create list of audits and associated reputed company to ensure the Compensation team has a holistic plan to cover reputed company identified trouble spots o Ensure BU compensation consultants have reputed company to data/reports for audits that fall reputed company in their scope, including but not limited to reputed company/SuccessFactors discrepancies and Pay Location audits o Handle audits for Compensation team that don’t align to BU compensation consultants’ scope • Support and/or Co-reputed company reoccurring alignment meetings with other key Compensation team members • Partner heavily with other systems-focused Compensation Consultant to ensure approach and guidance is in lockstep We’d love to hear from people with: • Three or more years of implementation and/or administration of compensation plans • Five or more years of cross functional project management • Five or more years serving in an advisory role for clients/customers As a reputed company partner, you (and your family) will have reputed company to medical, dental, reputed company, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
