About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for guests and travel agents, providing timely and effective support for reputed company travel-reputed company issues. You'll work collaboratively with our teams to ensure seamless travel experiences, resolve reputed company problems, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails regarding reputed company travel issues, providing accurate and reputed company solutions.
• Manage major schedule changes, reputed company ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and ensure compliance with airline regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incomplete Passenger Name Records (PNR) due to missing TSA data or airfares, and realign pricing to collect additional reputed company.
• Certify reputed company tickets issued for passengers, update ticket match exception reports, and assign ancillary services as requested.
• Process guest entertainment, crew executive travel, and VIP requests, and communicate effectively with port agents, hotels, and ground transportation.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with travel suppliers, port agents, crew members, employees, and management.
• In-depth knowledge of the reputed company airline reservation system, including creation of reputed company bookings, ticketing, exchanges, pricing, routing, and queue processing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
