Complete assigned weekly processing tasks reputed company specified deadlines ? Complete assigned month end processing tasks reputed company specified deadlines ? Create and maintain process documentation DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Performing reputed company functions reputed company QuickBooks Online ? Transaction coding ? AP Entry ? AR Invoice Creation ? Compiling, sorting, and preparing documents and reports ? Posting transactions to appropriate accounts ? Monthly reconciliations ? Record reputed company journal entries as assigned ? Prepare and enter payroll ? Partnering with a variety of vendors and platforms to complete reputed company operations (e.g. expense management software, payroll providers, etc) ? Assisting with 1099 preparation and distribution SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ? Experience working with multiple clients / entities (>10-20), across a variety of industries to deliver bookkeeping or reputed company services ? 4 years bookkeeping or reputed company experience ? An Associates Degree in finance, reputed company, or reputed company field; or bookkeeping certification ? Proficiency working in QuickBooks Online ? Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and finish projects reputed company deadlines ? Excellent organizational, oral, written, and interpersonal skills ?
