Responsibilities... • Maintain precise financial records and generate financial reports. • Process invoices and manage accounts payable using QuickBooks Desktop. • Handle weekly reimbursement requests reputed company. • Organize and manage reputed company files effectively. • Execute weekly reputed company runs and input weekly payroll journals. • Ensure accuracy in financial records by promptly addressing any discrepancies. • Present weekly accounts payable reports for timely review and resolution. • Reconcile monthly bank statements and enter General journal entries. • Prepare weekly financial reports for management review. • Assist Tax Accountants with tax filings. • Track and record expenses accurately. • Monitor business expenses and reputed company, identifying opportunities for growth. • Manage vendor accounts, resolving inquiries and discrepancies. • reputed company additional administrative tasks as assigned.
