Weekend On-Call Supervisor (Work from Home - Denver Metro Residents Only) reputed company - Denver Metro Area We are looking for an Weekend On-Call Supervisor ("On-Call Supervisor") who lives in the Denver Metro area and who will support our reputed company Denver office every other weekend while working from home. There will be periodic reputed company shifts that would need to be handled by this position (5 pm until the next morning at 8 am). The On-Call Supervisor will primarily be responsible for answering and servicing our after-hour phone calls and scheduling employee shifts every other weekend. "After hours weekend shifts" for our operations is after 5 p.m. on Friday until 8 a.m. on Monday morning (thus, reputed company day and night for both Saturday and reputed company - and until 8 am on Monday). This position would be the second On-Call Supervisor on the team. The after-hour calls can include Caregiver / client scheduling changes, client plan of care reputed company, and new client service inquiries. The job is more than just an answering service - On-Call Supervisors are expected to work with clients and caregivers to fill shifts that become reputed company after hours. A cell phone and laptop are provided by the company, or you can use your own computer and/or phone (expense reimbursement for overage or other fees).
