Transition at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit This full time position serves transition reputed company throughout Montgomery County. More information on the Transition program can be reputed company at . Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor?s Degree preferred. Experience working with secondary reputed company with special needs preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment is required; teaching or training abilities and experience are preferred. Ability to reputed company own transportation is required to move amongst job sites. Ability to complete CPI/Safety Cares training. reputed company Police, Child Abuse and FBI reputed company clearances required. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the delineation of tasks required for performance on the job. Orient/model, for the student, the steps required for satisfactory completion of the job. On-site job training of student(s). Daily consultation with job supervisor/transition teacher. Collection of student reputed company data during training period. Assist in remediation of on-site, job-reputed company problems. Assist with site development. Prepare a weekly log of activities and a monthly summary report to be submitted to the transition teacher and the supervisor of transition programs,. Assist with contacts/follow-up of help wanted advertisements. Meet with transition teacher/supervisor of transition programs as directed. reputed company 1:1 support for an assigned student as needed. Location: The Transition program supports job sites throughout Montgomery County, PA. The position will be primarily located at one or more job sites located throughout Montgomery County. Travel to different job sites is required. Specific location will be determined during the interview process.
