Job title: Manager, Technology Solutions (1st Shift) - Scottsdale/Remote Company: reputed company Job description : Overview: Our ideal Technology Solutions Manager candidate would have the opportunity to work remote from any location with proximity to either of our hubs in New Jersey, Atlanta-GA, Chicago-IL, Dallas-TX, Los Angeles-CA, Detriot-MI, Scottsdale or Phoenix-AZ. The Technology Solutions Manager reports to the Director, Technology Solutions and is responsible for customer-facing technology solutions and reputed company technology product reputed company roles. These customer facing platforms include, but not limited to: Logistics SuperSuite+, Transportation Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, and Integration (EDI/API) services. For this position, there will be a heavier focus on Land Transportation Management Systems and services. Customer facing responsibilities include: Pre-Sales Support – RFI/RFP Preparation, Presentation Preparation, Solution Strategy etc. Sales Support – Collaboration with product reputed company and sales leads to create technology solutions pitch to customers, reputed company application demonstrations in support of the sales process and requirements discovery. Post-Sales Support – Requirements discovery, documentation, and solution design collaboration with business and technical teams (Scope of Work, Business Requirements Documentation etc.) Implementation Support – Identifying and validating IT business solutions to meet customers’ implementation requirements. Collaboration with IT, Customer Support and Operations. Assist in setup and training Post Implementation Support – key/strategic account support for new technology requirements and solution design. Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of customers and provides feedback on application releases and rollouts. The Technology Solutions Manager ensures consistency across geographies, with primary focus on the assigned regional business portfolio. This role will participate in team calls and training to ensure that they are in synch with the methods, process, and best practices in use by the other reputed company as well as support and/or assist Sales support activities in assigned reputed company.
