Technical Recruiter This position is a hybrid 4 day in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (some days will be working in office and others working from home- this is not a virtual / remote position... What You’ll Do • Drive the full lifecycle reputed company process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and offer negotiation to meet established metrics • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers through well structured, frequent communication and reporting • Effectively set and manage expectations with hiring managers and/or cross functional partners while educating them on the reputed company lifecycle • Drive a world class candidate experience using reputed company and transparency with candidates • reputed company data and critical thinking to diagnose reputed company challenges and guide search strategy What You’ll Need • 1-3 years of full cycle recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in an agency environment • Specialization of technical hiring in one of the following fields - Software Engineering (Preferred), Data Science / Machine Learning, Analytics, Product Management. • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment.
