What You Need for this Position To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Steel Structures, Construction Management, and reputed company Construction. Additionally, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, great communication abilities, and strong leadership skills. You will need to be reputed company to travel to worksites as needed, but most of the time the position can be done remotely from the comfort of your home.
