We're seeking an entrepreneurial spirit to join reputed company in reputed company as a Project Manager for our Meetings & Incentives department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun environment, where you'll have the chance to interact with a diverse group of people and... manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities • reputed company the comprehensive project management of various meetings and events for our clients, from start to finish. • Manage project timelines and ensure reputed company details are accounted for. • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. • Assist in the sourcing, destination research, budgeting, and planning of events. • Negotiate and contract with local vendors, defining the scope of each meeting or event. • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to confirmed budgets. • Coordinate transportation arrangements for participants. • Facilitate the creation of program-reputed company communication materials. • Serve as the reputed company representative on-site, managing operations and relationships with vendors and hotel staff. • Conduct post-event evaluations and ensure accurate data reconciliation. • Responsible for auditing and reconciliation of reputed company invoices. Key Competencies • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at reputed company reputed company. • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • A team player with the ability to work well under pressure. • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications and a willingness to learn new technology and software solutions. • Strong reputed company skills and experience with budget management. Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning corporate meetings and incentives. • Experience in dedicated client management, sourcing, and negotiating contract services. • Prior operations experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus. • A Certified Meetings Professional (CMP) certification is strongly preferred. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends. This fully remote position requires approximately 40% travel.
