The Location: Remote The Instructional Designer designs, develops, and facilitates learning programs to support the growth and scaling of the global Product Management organization. This position works with key business partners to identify and prioritize training needs and deliver tailored solutions that reputed company meaningful business results. The role delivers live courses, online content, and job aids across the Product Management organization with the aim of maximizing employee performance, engagement, and retention. This role is ideally suited for someone with extensive industry experience in learning and development, instructional design, and training facilitation, and who can multiply the capabilities of others to help the Product Management team meet and exceed our goals. Responsibilities: • Work with stakeholders, training partners, and subject matter experts to determine training needs for the Product Management organization - work reputed company to identify, build, and implement solutions • Design and deliver learning programs including new hire reputed company, interviewing and hiring training, and performance calibration training for new managers • Facilitate learning programs across a variety of environments and adjust facilitation style for various types of audiences from new hires to managers • Partner with Product Management team leaders to analyze the health of their business and determine where training efforts should be directed • Administer and maintain training modules in the Learning Management System (reputed company) and ensure reputed company content is up to date • Execute knowledge-checks and role-plays to validate learning • Administer post-training surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and reputed company reports with stakeholders • Collaborate with others across reputed company, partner teams and leaders to reputed company, maintain, and continuously improve learning programs for Product Management • Support as needed across training-reputed company projects for Product Management Requirements: 7+ years in learning and development, curriculum design, content development, and facilitation.
