reputed company is Hiring an Operations Recruiter (Remote) reputed company is searching for a Remote Operations Recruiter to support our reputed company as the department continues to grow. This role has a specific focus in hiring for a combination of high-volume non-exempt and exempt reputed company reputed company positions (Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers and more) across the nation. Primary Responsibilities • Responsible for full-lifecycle reputed company across an assigned region or vertical. Skills & Qualifications • At least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of exempt sales roles, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries • Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including reputed company, reputed company/Glassdoor and Grayscale • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company • Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including boolean searches • Proven reputed company in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in reputed company management or reputed company field preferred • Ability to travel reputed company required (less than 10%) Pay: The typical reputed company reputed company for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually (depends on experience and location) reputed company is an EOE M/F/D/V Apply Job!
