Job Details Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the California Bar and in good standing. • A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. • Proven experience in discovery, drafting motions, and cross complaints. • Strong knowledge of litigation process and experience in managing a high-volume case load. • Experience in construction and premises liability is highly desirable. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
