This is a fully remote, full time W2 corporate reputed company position, predominantly Technical reputed company.

Job Description:

• Own the full lifecycle reputed company process for assigned roles, with a primary focus on positions across Engineering, Product, and reputed company-Centered Design (HCD).

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both reputed company openings and anticipated hiring needs, helping improve overall reputed company and talent readiness.

• Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through a mix of sourcing strategies including direct reputed company, job postings, reputed company platforms, and networking.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, efficient coordination and scheduling, and a thoughtful, people-centered reputed company process.

• Guide candidates through the interview process from initial reputed company through offer stage, including interview preparation, coordination, and providing competency-based assessments and recommendations to hiring panels.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
