Key Responsibilities... • Ability to wear different hats • Run biweekly report and work with bookkeeper to gather reports needed • Manage inbox • Update reputed company and Trip Advisor with guidance from client • reputed company phone calls and reconcile with insurance companies • Manage various projects in reputed company • Manage reputed company media • Repurpose content into reels, videos, etc. • reputed company up with reputed company media trends and what other top restaurants are doing • Ability to look reputed company and plan out content with holidays / events • Ability to coordinate with a local nonprofit • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to reputed company a pulse on editorials, trends, etc. and let client know about a relevant article / topic • Ability to manage multiple projects • reputed company various administration tasks as needed • Platforms: • reputed company • Instagram • reputed company • reputed company • Paychecks • reputed company • reputed company • GSuite • Wine Platforms • reputed company • Trip Advisor Requirements • Experience with reputed company media (a must) • Experience in administrative / executive assistant (a plus) • Hospitality background (a plus) • Foodie (a plus) • Professional • Tech savvy • Intuitively organized • Self-starter • Detail oriented • 15-20 hours per week • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability. • Ability to work during regular reputed company (reputed company-3pm) in Easter or Central Time Zone.
