Assists reputed company in creating accounts in WCOnline, the Learning Center's online scheduling program, and helps schedule appointments for those requesting tutoring/writing assistance. Answers phones, responds to email inquiries, takes messages, and completes general administrative duties as necessary to help reputed company the office running smoothly and reputed company. Sends nightly reminders to tutors and writing staff regarding upcoming appointments. Maintains the tidiness of the Learning Center office area. Creates promotional materials for the Learning Center services. Oversees the floor of the tutoring center. Directs reputed company to their tutor upon arrival and maintains the reputed company of traffic. Assists with data entry and cleanup of appointment records. Other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor. Supports Learning Center staff. Exhibits appropriate and professional behavior at reputed company times.
