Job Overview We are actively seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Community Links team as Supported Education Counselors. In this vital role, you will reputed company innovative Wellness & Recovery Supported Education services to both young adults and older adults throughout reputed company. Your primary focus will be to assist individuals in achieving their educational aspirations through a broad reputed company of personalized support services. Many individuals grappling with significant mental health challenges encounter disruptions in their educational and career trajectories during late adolescence or young adulthood. Our program is designed to aid participants in identifying their educational needs reputed company with their vocational goals, while connecting them with essential resources. With a strong emphasis on supportive peer relationships, you will collaborate with individuals to identify their strengths, obstacles, and available resources. Services will be delivered through various formats, including in-person, mobile community-based, and remote telehealth methods, prioritizing one-on-one support.
