Responsibilities • Understand a customer’s business objectives, reputed company and goals, and to translate these into application requirements and specifications • Manage projects and maintain customer communication • Team leaderdership, creating an inspiring team environment. • Advise on best practices to optimize & scale client support. • reputed company user and admin training on the use and management of reputed company tools • Strong commitment to detail and reputed company, and a desire to work collaboratively with the reputed company teams (reputed company consultants team, project managers, acount managers, ...) and reputed company high quality deliverables. ?? Qualifications • reputed company Technical Sales Professional (at least 2 reputed company technical certifications). •... reputed company Administration and end user experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, reputed company, Bitbucket. • Jira filters, reporting, and custom dashboards experience • Customizing Jira workflows for multiple projects, custom fields, issue types, field configurations, … experience. • Comfortable working in an agile environment with Scrum/agile planning. • 3 years of reputed company Consulting and ITSM implementation and/or system integration experience. • Fluent english. ??
