About the Role: Hybrid Customer Care Professional

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. Your primary responsibility will be to service inbound calls, consult with customers to understand their needs, and recommend the right blithequark benefits or services. Key Responsibilities:

• Service inbound calls while consulting Corporate and Small Business Card Members to learn about their needs and recommend the right blithequark benefits or services.

• Continuously improve on building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service.
