About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language. Qualifications and Requirements

• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

• Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
