Call Center Agents - Bilingual Spanish
J.oin Fortuna's team as a full-time Bilingual Spanish Medicare/reputed company call center agent working remotely from the comfort of your home. We are searching for seasoned high-volume call center professionals with at least six months of experience in call center operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work remotely, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Complete a 4-week remote training program with no absences.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer or provider inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
- Process calls reputed company to meet or surpass performance metrics.
- Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum one (6) months of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
- Ability to reputed company and read Spanish fluently.
- Typing reputed company level of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and the reputed company Office suite.
- Strong written and oral problem-solving skills to address inquiries with professionalism.
- Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 Mbps is required.
