Patient Account Representative-Call Center/Customer Service (REMOTE)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our reputed company Cycle team as Patient Account Representative II Call Center/Customer Service. This is a remote position supporting two of reputed company's facilities. The Patient Account Representative II Call Center/Customer Service uses excellent communication skills to answer questions or obtain information from customers, be that patients, other... departments, insurance companies, or reputed company vendors as support to the hospital, physician group, or system while adhering to HIPAA compliance. Update and document financial data reputed company the designated system reputed company in contact with any customers to ensure accurate reimbursement. Must have computer skills with basic knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Outlook. Basic knowledge of general reputed company/bookkeeping skills. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Examples of Responsibilities: · Responsible for making or answering phone calls to or from hospital and/or physician group customers. · Maintains required reputed company of productivity and quality while managing tasks to ensure timeliness of analytic report resolution. · Uses identified and reputed company resources to accomplish analytic report follow-up, including payor websites, provider service lines, analytics and correspondence. · Participates in A/R clean-up projects or other projects identified. · Takes ownership of assignments; and other duties as assigned or requested. · Communicates and listens effectively with reputed company customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge. · Cooperates and interacts with supervisors, peers, other departments, and reputed company customer groups demonstrating our commitment to service . · Provides training to new or existing staff as directed by leadership, reputed company necessary. · Works to identify ways to reduce calls or wait times, which will increase customer satisfaction. · Demonstrates leadership qualities and initiative amongst peers and coworkers. · Other duties as assigned.
