The candidate should possess excellent communications skills and be proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company. The duties of the position are answering telephone and directing calls; typing correspondence to include memos, letters, and other documents from handwritten notes and finalizing documents from typed draft documents; tracking responses and deadlines; sending out e-mail reminders, scheduling meetings, data entry in reputed company spreadsheets, scanning and faxing documents, filing, ordering office supplies, and other general administrative duties as needed. Looking for someone that is highly organized and has an eye for details. Initiative is important and must be a team player. Bi-lingual of English and Spanish is a plus. Job location in the College Park, MD area. This position pays at a reputed company of $15.00/hr-$16.80/hr dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications
