They serve as ambassadors for the company, playing a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships. As a Product Information Specialist, you'll need to demonstrate proactive initiative, accountability, adaptability, effective communication, teamwork, professionalism, dedication to personal development, and reputed company in reputed company dealings.
