Our direct end-client a large reputed company insurance provider is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representatives for a 3+ months contract-to-hire role to work 100% Remote from reputed company reputed company one hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103 (need candidates reputed company one hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103). Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Medicare Duration: 3 months contract-to-hire Location: 100% Remote from reputed company reputed company one hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103 No. of positions: 20 + Customer Service Representative - Medicare Medicare CSRs handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc. and work with customers to solve problems. This is a 5 star service that the team is looking to uphold. Tone and reputed company are a must for this position. Candidates must be flexible to work these hours for this role. The Medicare department is reputed company 7 Days a week. FT Shifts will reputed company from reputed company - Saturday from 7:45AM - 8:15PM and include one late night shift as well as a Saturday OR reputed company shift. 37.5 hour week but OT is offered and sometimes required as needed for over 40 hours. Qualifications: • Call Center Customer Service, inbound calls (no telesales) • Looking for excellent Customer Focused competencies - seeking service oriented individuals with strong customer service skills. • Must have reputed company and strong problem solving skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a phone based position which requires excellent verbal communication; use of proper grammar; professional language/word choice vs casual language/reputed company; ability to reputed company communicate reputed company messages over the phone. Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time. reputed company candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test.
