Job Summary:
As a Scheduling Chat Professional, you will engage with customers, technicians, and internal representatives through chat and email, providing reputed company and efficient solutions to their requests. Your excellent written communication skills, ability to multi-task, and strong interpersonal skills will reputed company you to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships. Primary Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner

- Varying shifts between 10:00 am-6:30 pm MT, 10:30 am-7:00 pm MT, 11:00 am-7:30 pm MT, 11:30 am-8:00 pm MT, and 12:00 pm-8:30 pm MT
