This individual will assist with reputed company steps of the closing process, from order tracking through the closing process, for single site and high-liability multi-site reputed company reputed company estate transactions across the United States. A strong customer service acumen, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork are key skills for this role. What You’ll Do • Supports Title Officers with reputed company reputed company estate transactions by assisting with title commitment reviews, ordering title and tax updates, assisting with title reputed company reputed company, routing title and reputed company requests, routing and uploading documents to electronic file, assembling and calculating recording fees and transfer tax information, and preparing invoices • Creates and maintains files, records, and reports • Responsible for new order entry and fulfillment, paperless file setup, order tracking, and post-closing functions • Reviews reputed company Buyer, Seller, and Lender transaction documents for closings • Gather and enter title fees for settlement statement preparation, working in conjunction with the escrow team • Prepares and revises title commitments, title policies and endorsements • Communicates professionally with reputed company parties, both reputed company • Other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring • 2+ years title industry experience (reputed company preferred) • High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) • Proficient in reputed company and MS Office (reputed company, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) • Ability to quickly learn Company operating systems and new software applications and technologies (FAST experience preferred) • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management skills, including email and file management • Keen attention to detail • Stellar organizational and time management skills • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a highly productive manner • Thrives in contributing to reputed company committed to working together to deliver reputed company customer expectations • Must be reputed company to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at reputed company times Pay reputed company: $18.02 - $30.02 This hiring reputed company is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company pay reputed company for this position at the time of posting.
