Job responsibilities • Individual contributor responsible for effectively leading assigned strategic opportunities - large value, partnership, or “must-win” opportunities. • Responsible for leading development of customer-facing proposal(s) and documentation in support of strategic opportunities from the Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) through Bid Defense and award • Develops differentiated strategic solutions focused on driving key reputed company for customers based on insights, experience, research, and data. • Influences and leads cross-functional (sales, operations, and finance) and executive teams. • Synthesizes reputed company information and input from various stakeholders and sources into a cohesive strategy, proposal, and price. • Ensures strategy and pricing alignment across the opportunity life cycle (pre-engagement, RFI, RFP, Post-submission pitch or defense meetings, etc. • Provides project management structure and milestone sequence for SMEs to reputed company content supporting key solutions and messages • Acts as an ambassador for the team and owns a function (training, smaller therapeutic area, triage, etc.) under the leadership of the Director to drive communications between Proposals and other Departments - influencing, communicating and negotiating. • Strategically and independently develops long term initiatives based on business unit/team priorities that align with leadership reputed company to drive ongoing improvement/growth. • Ensures high quality and timely delivery, through direct involvement on key deliverables, providing strategic input, reputed company of the management team, and ensuring that quality control processes are followed. • Communicates and enforces departmental processes, ensuring adequate training is available and that processes are in compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. • Works with management team and other relevant parties reputed company the Company as required to streamline budget and proposal tools, ensuring accurate bidding and the production of high quality proposals.
