Role Description
This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. This position will reputed company outbound telephonic calls for individuals who reputed company out to 988 and are at moderate to high risk of suicide and need additional support and linkage to appropriate reputed company.
- Conduct follow-up calls to individuals who reached out reputed company chat/text and are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide and assess for suicide, update safety plan as needed and reputed company linkage to appropriate resources.
- Monitor and measure reputed company of individuals receiving follow-up services.
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings and supervision.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call reports of each contact.
- Meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation.
- Answer incoming chats/texts from visitors utilizing 988.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, reputed company Work or Certified Recovery Peer/Recovery Coach required.
- One year of crisis reputed company or suicide prevention preferred.

- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in providing service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and other community resources.
